As someone going through the process of creating a new venture, I found the tips very hands on.  I heard the saying that the beginning is always the hardest, you must stick to it. Sometimes I close my eyes hoping all I wanted would happen. They did, not through dreams, but hard work, very very hard work, and not listen to discouraging words and not giving up.  When I felt I could not stand it anymore, I just hang in there a little longer and things got better and the goals became reality.  I want to share my story with you on it in the near future and hear yours too.
